Finely-balanced substantial cast-iron insulating lids. Large (550mm W x 323 mm D temperature-graduated hotplate with rapid-boil and simmering areas. Small coffee-pot simmering hotplate (external to lids). Boiler connections can be taken from left or right. Solid door or optional glass panel door for viewing cooking without heat loss. Lower oven: 390mm W x 220mm H x 406 mm D - both ovens have rapid heat-up from cold. In-built plinth bringing cooker to standard worktop height. Controls discretely located. Chrome rail for oven gloves or towel. Generous-sized ovens: Top main oven - 390mm W x 310 mm H x 406 mm D - heated on all four sides. Rope seal around door for effective oven seal and maximum heat retention.
